Oscillator Games

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 4, 2026 · Applies to all ten Oscillator games on Android and iOS

1. Acceptance

By installing or using any of the Oscillator games — Dino Jump, Saper, 2048 Merge, Snake Classic, Flappy Wings, Brick Breaker, Memory Match, Color Memory, Sudoku Classic and 15 Puzzle (each, "the game") — published by Michał Daniel Dobrzański ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. The service

Each game is a single-player arcade or puzzle game. Gameplay runs entirely on your device and works offline, and no account is required. Some games offer a single optional in-app purchase that permanently removes the ads; everything else, including all gameplay, is free and is never gated behind a payment.

2a. The remove-ads purchase

Where offered, "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it is charged once and never renews. It permanently stops the between-round ads in the game you bought it in, and only in that game — each game is a separate app with its own purchase. It unlocks no gameplay, levels or advantages, so buying it changes nothing about how the game plays.

The purchase is tied to the store account that made it, so you can restore it on any device signed in to that account using the "Restore purchase" option on the game-over screen. Payment is taken by Google Play or the App Store, not by us; we never see your card details. Refunds are handled under the store's own policy, so please use Google Play or Apple support to request one.

3. Advertising

The games are free and funded by advertising. Full-screen ads are shown only after a round ends — never during play — and are frequency-capped. Ads are supplied by AppLovin MAX and their content is not ours; we do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for third-party sites or offers you reach through an ad. Loading ads requires a connection, and what the ad SDK collects is described in the Privacy Policy. Blocking, intercepting or automating ad interactions is not permitted.

4. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). You may not redistribute, sell or sublicense the game itself, nor reverse-engineer it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

5. Fair use

Scores are stored on your device and are yours to manage. Modifying the game, tampering with stored scores or using automation to generate ad impressions is a breach of these terms and of the app stores' own rules.

6. No warranty

The games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will run on every device or OS version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) a game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that game — nothing at all unless you bought the remove-ads unlock, and the price of that unlock if you did — or the minimum required by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer-protection rules in your country.

8. Intellectual property

The games, their design and their content are our property or used under license. Game concepts such as minesweeper, sudoku, sliding-tile and snake games are long-established genres; our implementations are original, and any third-party names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only descriptively.

9. Privacy

Scores and settings stay on your device; advertising data is handled by AppLovin, and if you buy the remove-ads unlock, RevenueCat validates that purchase for us. Both are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to the games or these terms

We may update a game or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use a game after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue a game or its distribution at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside.
