Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Your personal data (e-mail address) is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR in order to create and operate the user account in the Planter application (“App”) by associating the provided login details with your account in the App. The processing of personal data includes storing them in a database.

PERSONAL DATA CATEGORIES

The data controller processes personal data in the form of an e-mail address.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Providing personal data (e-mail address) is voluntary. However, if they are not provided, the data controller will not be able to realize the purposes indicated in point 2, and therefore it will not be possible to use the App.

PROCESSING PERIOD

Your personal data (e-mail address) will be processed for the period in which you remain a registered user of the App.

The recipients of personal data may be:

All recipients of personal data ensure the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing is carried out in accordance with legal regulations.

The data controller will not disclose your personal data with other entities without your explicit consent.

DATA TRANSFER

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

The data controller does not subject personal data to automated decision-making, including profiling. Profiling may, however, be used by third parties cooperating with the data controller in placing advertisements in the app.

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:

Request for rectification of your personal data, in accordance with art. 16 of the GDPR;
Request to restrict the processing of your personal data under the conditions described in art. 18 of the GDPR;
Request to delete your personal data, in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR;
Object to the processing of personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. In this case, the data controller will not process this personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, unless there are valid, legally justified grounds for their processing – in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR;
Transfer your personal data, in accordance with Art. 20 of the GDPR.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

The data controller does not use cookies in the app. Nevertheless, cookies may be used by external suppliers indicated in point 6 of this privacy policy.

Przetwarzanie danych osobowych obejmuje przechowywanie ich w bazie danych.

Administrator przetwarza dane osobowe w postaci adresu e-mail.

OBOWIĄZEK PODANIA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Podanie danych osobowych (w postaci adresu e-mail) jest dobrowolne. Jednak w przypadku braku ich podania Administrator nie będzie mógł realizować celu wskazanego w pkt 2., a w związku z tym niemożliwe będzie korzystanie z Aplikacji.

OKRES PRZETWARZANIA

Twoje dane osobowe (w postaci adresu e-mail) będą przetwarzane przez okres, w którym pozostajesz zarejestrowanym użytkownikiem Aplikacji. W celu usunięcia konta skontaktuj się z administratorem poprzez adres e-mail: contact@getplanter.app.

ODBIORCY DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Odbiorcami danych osobowych mogą być:

TWOJE PRAWA

Zgodnie z obowiązującymi regulacjami dotyczącymi ochrony danych osobowych masz prawo do:

Żądania dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, zgodnie z art. 15 RODO;
Żądania sprostowania danych osobowych, zgodnie z art. 16 RODO;
Żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych na warunkach opisanych w art. 18 RODO;
Żądania usunięcia Twoich danych osobowych, zgodnie z art. 17 RODO;
Wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych z przyczyn związanych z Twoją szczególną sytuacją. W takim wypadku administrator nie będzie przetwarzać tych danych osobowych na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu, chyba że zaistnieją ważne prawnie uzasadnione podstawy do ich przetwarzania – zgodnie z art. 21 RODO;
